The Carbondale Farmers’ Market brings together local produce and artisan food and crafts every Sunday. Don’t miss First Fridays—a monthly event for the community to come to celebrate the historic main street and all its offerings—or Mountain Fair—a 50+-year-old summer art and music fair.

Take advantage of the outdoors by enjoying local trails for hikes and cycling. Mushroom Rock is a great one! During the winter, check out Mount Sopris for backcountry skiing or the Spring Gulch Nordic ski trails.
